| | The Jewish Salons is a non-institutional international network that enables young Jews in different cities to connect with one another and initiate cultural events that fuse their local community's Jewish scene with contemporary Jewish culture from other places.
The Jewish Salons events are mainly aimed at young Jews who wish to celebrate their Jewish identity in additional or alternative ways to the ones offered by the synagogue or by formal community institutions.
The network that started in 2006 with a group in Tel Aviv has now expanded to Amsterdam, Vienna, Bucharest, Mexico City and New York. |
