Since its establishment in 1985, lay leaders in the Israel Forum have been expanding the range of direct and personal contacts between Jews throughout the world.
Twenty years to its establishment the Israel Forum has handed its formal status as an NGO to the "Jewish Salons" initiative, seeing it as following the spirit and vision of the Israel Forum.
The Israel Forum has enabled the work of the Israeli "Jewish Salons" group in 2007 & 2008 by
guaranteeing
the needed $30,000 annualy.
